President Thomas Jefferson the third POTUS said calling a federal Thanksgiving proclamation the most ridiculous idea ever conceived. Well goes to show you although he was a very smart man for his time he didn’t know everything. And did you also know there are at least 12 claims to where the first Thanksgiving holiday took place
