We are looking for a new Buyer's Agent to serve the greater Salem, Oregon area. The new team member must be able motivated to work, organized, have a desire to constantly learn and improve their skills, comfortable communicating online (both with buyers and with team members) and have an active Oregon Real Estate License.
Above all, the new addition to our team must have equine experience or at minimum a farm/rural acreage background. Since our team specializes in selling country homes and horse property, we have to know what we are talking about!
Our team members work from their own home offices. We have weekly team meetings in person or via phone, attend the office meetings in Portland once a month together, constantly call/email or text each other and have access to the best, most effective real estate training through Keller Williams online.
Because this is the busy season, we are in need of someone currently licensed with experience. Some one that can join and hit the ground running now.
