Union Station Grand Opening - 1701 Wynkoop St, Denver -Saturday 10am-3pm
Come celebrate the Grand Opening of the newly remodeled Union Station. The festivities will include a street festival on an amped-up scale, with food trucks, beer tents and vendors both inside and out, and live music. The Opening Ceremony is set to start at noon and free tours will be given of the new facility throughout the day!
10th Annual Mile High International Pastel Exhibit - Denver Public Library, 10 W 14th Ave Parkway, Denver.
You won't want to miss all the beautiful works of art presented at this exhibit! Works of art by Lorenzo Chavez, Doug Dawson, Colleen Howe Bleinberger, Ramon Kelley, Richard McKinley, Elizabeth Mowry, Susan Ogilvie, Bob Rohm, Sally Strand, Duane Wakeham and Albert Handell will be presented. This exhibit runs through August 30th.
Belmar's Free Music on the Plaza - Belmar Plaza, Lakewood, CO - Frida
y 6pm-8pm and Saturday 2pm-4pm
Join your friends and family for some great food and awesome live outdoor music in Belmar. Each weekend in the summer, you can enjoy the perfect Colorado evenings and afternoons while listening to some great artists. There are plenty of great restaurants to grab a bite as well, so you won't want to miss this!
