Slideways - Great Food in Hapeville
Slideways is located in downtown Hapeville at the intersection of Virginia Avenue and Main Street just steps from the train tracks. I had been wanting to check this place out for months, and I finally had a moment to drop on. And I am glad I did stop in.
Slideways served some of the best sliders you have ever wanted to try. Thus far I have enjoyed the barbecue beef brisket slider, the fish and chips slider, the chicken and waffle slider, and the classic cheesebuger slider. Top quality, fresh ingredients go into bit of food served at Slideways. Along with a side of lightly bread onion rings and a glass of really great tea. We folks in Georgia do enjoy our iced sweet tea. Extra lemon for me.
Slideways has very limited hours. They open at 1030AM and close by 230PM, Monday through Friday. No weekends, no evenings, and no breakfast at present. So you have a limited window of opportunity to enjoys the treats in this downtown Hapeville restaurant. If you happen to have a two hour or layover in the middle of the day at the Atlanta airport, you can probably make to Slideways and back for lunch.
