Good Morning Pete, I think so many times younger buyers believe everything they read online. So many people have lost the ability to read facial cues and body language and with the internet you don't have too.
I have 3 calls from my past clients to run CMA for refinancing and taxes. They do check online public websites, what is very easy to do, but they still need my professional opinion. Online estimate is good to get a general idea, but no more than that.
