This is a recap of the California Rose Court community along with market activity for the first six months of 2014. Statistical information is from our local multiple listing service(mls) as of July 28, 2014.
California Rose Court is a paired home community built by KB Homes(then known as Kaufman and Broad) in 1989 and 1990. The 168 home development is in Northeast Pasadena just north of Pasadena High School and Victory Park. It is easily accessible to shopping, dining, entertainment and transit.

In the first six months of 2013, there were four mls-reported closed transactions. Those sales ranged from $530,000 to $597,000 with an average sales price of $560,500(median sales price $557,500). Each sold in excess of the last list price for an average 103.07% of last list price and for $337.65 per square foot on average.
