Hi Anita, hope many those who have VA loans available to them will see this post. I personally know several who never even used their VA loan because they didn't think they would qualify.

Anita Clark, many military members are not aware that they qualify or don't know how to apply for a VA loan. They might be surprised that it is easier for them to qualify for a VA loan than a conventional loan. It is a great thing that you have posted this to help our brothers and sisters in the service get their dream home.

Great information to pass on to veterans. As for being one myself I ask each potential buyer are they veterans. First to thank them for their service and to let them know there are many benefits out there for them who qualify. Thanks for sharing the VA loan process.
