Living up to your potential is something that sounds commonplace, however, it's not always as easy as it sounds.  It takes self confidence, and self awareness to realize your potential, then put it to use. Thanks for posting.

Lou, this is so true of the value of being focused on the task/goal at hand.  It is so easy to be distracted and miss out on what we need to accomplish!

If it isn't that important to you, than why do it?  Right?  Well ,for the most part!

This is something we need to do. Although there are perks in being the Jack of all trades, you can do more when you focus on your niche. Great post Lou.

Our capacity is huge, it is seldom that we get even remotely close to that capacity to work.

Lou, it seems like a new twist on the saying "You can't see the forest for the trees!"  So many distractions to blur our view.
