Three keys to Real Estate Success....

By
Real Estate Agent with Citibrokers, LLC

Whenever I run across information that seems different or better, I like to share it with you all out there.  Not sure where this originally came from but it sure does make sense!

Three Keys to Real Estate Success:

1. You have to learn to make a fool of yourself and not care.

2. You have to learn to ask for business and not be attached to the
answer.

3. You have to learn to state the obvious or common in emotionally
powerful ways.

The Process for Learning Scripts, Dialogues and Power Phrases:

Memorize - understand it
Internalize - know it
Customize - do it
Capitalize - have the power

I hope at least one of you like this as much as I did!

Here's to raising the bar in the real estate world by sticking together as professionals  in assisting people in finding, purchasing, and selling their perfect home with the least amount of stress as possible!

Good simple list.  #2...the more you ask the more you will receive!

I am good at #1 also, but I think the most important thing to learn in Real Estate is the inventory of homes in your market.

Thank you for sharing this info Donna. Number 1 is great. I guess that would fall in the door knocking category???? I totally agree with #2. You have to ask for the business or someone else will. That can be hard to do sometimes.

I go in and assume the listing...I haven't walked out of a home yet that I haven't listed.  If I wouldn't take the listing (provided I've done my homework) I don't go to the home. Just my .02.
