And that is why Every Market is Different | Franklin NC Market 2014
I was shocked when I pulled up our stats for the local Franklin, NC Market today. We are not doing as well as we did last year. I really didn't notice much because our office here at Re/Max Elite Realty has been really busy this half of the year.

We are down 55 Home Sales, 15 Land Sales while Commercial stayed the same at 3 sales. Land certainly has taken the hardest hit around the NC mountains. We still have foreclosures and short sales around but not as many.
It really surprised me because in Asheville, NC they cant keep a home on the market for 2 weeks without it going under contract. I hear from my colleague's in Florida and other areas their market picking up and hard to find housing and increasing asking prices.
Clients that hear the good news on the TV, Internet and from friends in different areas really need to let a professional help them in their Local Market and this proves it. This is why they say "Every Market is Different to hire a professional Real Estate Agent"!
Franklin North Carolina's Market is NOT doing as hot as one thinks!
