"I grew up on the beaches of Southern California. I remember bonfires on summer nights and playing in the tide pools in the winter. I spent most of my childhood and young adulthood living in Laguna Beach. My favorite place to think is still on a secluded rock in Emerald Bay. My grandparents owned the Candy Maker Candy Store on Main Beach for years. My brothers and I used to work there as a family business. So weekends you could see me in the window dipping strawberries in chocolate while they scooped McConnell's ice cream. Two of my children were born in Laguna and there is nothing better than a hospital room with an ocean view. :)

I'm going to talk a bit about luxury properties here, but please know that I work all level of purchases and listings.
