Real Estate Coaches

By
Commercial Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Select Partners

I have just had a great learning experience with a real estate coach named Todd Bates.  I signed up for a 30 day program in which he did live training on all aspects of the real estate business.  Each day was a different subject such as overcoming your fears, ultimate lead followup, your marketing message, etc.  One day a week was questions and answers day.  This program was fantastic.  I have had numerous coaches during my 15 year real estate career such as Mike Ferry, Andrew Lacey, Eric Jordan, Ken Goodfellow, and Tim Harris, but Todd Bates seems to match my philosophy the best about the real estate business.  He is very direct, abrupt, and tells it like it is.  But he gives real advice to help you get to the next level.  If you want a terrific training experience, check out his next 30 day class at www.megaproducerprogram.com.

Anyone else have a coaching success story?

This is my first blog post, so I am learning slowly.

Please let me hear from you!

Yes, but he does not consider it a money-making activity for the most part.  What do you think?
