Book Review: Raving Fans - A Revolutionary Approach to Customer Service by Ken Blanchard and Sheldon Bowles. This is a very simple, quick read and worth 10,000 times its weight in gold. S
ome of you that follow me may know, and for the rest of those that don't know, I am an avid reader. For years I would read at least one book a week and try to absorb as much information as I could.
These past few months I have gotten a little busier with several things but I still manage to find time to read 2-3 books a month. I could have sat down and read Raving Fans in just a couple hours, but I spread it over a few days instead to really let it soak in.
I am not going to give away any secrets in this book, trust me it is worth the time. This book should absolutely be in every salesperson, business owner, customer service agents library and if followed it will surely add not only to your bottom line, but to your referrals and fan base. Which is the ultimate goal in what we are trying to do here, right, create Raving Fans that not only want to be part of what we are all about, but to share us with others.
There are three key components that create Raving Fans and Ken and Sheldon do a great job of tying it all together in a fun little story.
