I was up in Woodland Park this last week and had the opportunity to talk to Lenore Hotchkiss of Prudential Realty. I was curious to see what she thought of the market in Woodland Park. Lenore said that that the market for homes was still going well and she has high expections of this spring and summer season. I was rather surprised to hear the news but I'm glad that not everything is as doom and gloom as you hear on the news.
