SpeakingPhoto App ~ Techie Tuesday
Larry and Sheila gave us a great techie app for this week. I love the idea of this and can see many uses for it besides real estate. I'm always taking pictures of plants and trees and then forgetting the names when I upload.
Today, let's discover SpeakingPhoto App...
Want to help your clients remember what you just spent all that time showing them? Are you working with a client and their spouse/partner/friend/family member could not accompany them on the showing? How can you make it easier for them to communicate what they have seen?
Try using the SpeakingPhotoApp to take pictures of what you just showed them. They can record the features that they like or dislike about each of them. The information can be sent by texting, email or your social media sites like twitter, facebook and youtube.

Shoot - Take a photo then record your voice note in the moment.
Speak - Select any photo from your existing camera roll and record.
Share - Share a slideshow to Facebook, Twitter or YouTube.
Send a SpeakingPhoto through Text or Email.
Haven't tried it yet, but this seems like a very promising tool to have your clients use!
Requires iOS 6.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. This app is optimized for iPhone 5.
