The benefits of being Quality Service Certified, as a real estate agent are awesome!! I earned the QSC credential, a designation after my name, long before anyone in Northwest Ohio or the Toledo Board of Realtors, even knew about the designation. Why be QSC? Quality Service Certified was created by a California company to secure premium service in real estate agents and mortgage brokers. The qualifications require a three hour classroom and a one hour test, following with a 90% grade to achieve the credential. Following the certification, anonymous surveys are sent out from California for buyers and sellers to rate and rank their service. WOW! What a great way to say thanks.
