The homes available for sale in June was down 6 % compared to last months but we are awaiting the July data to see which way the market is going to head. If more and more homes continue to come available for sale, the price of the homes in Cooper City might start to see a flattening or even a short decline in price. But if the amount of homes continues to rise and the market continues to buy them we could see prices being to push past 2006-7 levels.
