Hi. Great Blog. A part of my heart is in your home town. We just LOVE Eufaula. We got married there last October with Dave Burguess. I am from Atlanta and we live in Panama City Beach....it was the halfway point and we just love it.

Our plan is to buy investment property up there. Actually there are two properties that we like right now. On the main street. On is 4 stories and needs work asking about 125k and the other is on the corner and now is an antique mall. Do you know anything about rental rates up there?
