Choosing the Best Realtor
If you are thinking about listing your home for sale, look for a Realtor who is intimately familiar with Solera. Take a walk around the neighborhood and check out the For Sale signs. Are there a lot of signs from certain Realtors? Those Realtors are no doubt very familiar with Solera.
A good Realtor should know about other available Solera properties off the top of her head. Mention a house in your area that's sold recently or is for sale. If the agent knows the property and can give you a few details, that means she really knows your area. So why use a local Realtor, and even better, one who lives and works in Solera?
Local agents have the upper-hand on pricing in your area.
One of the strongest reasons for working with a local agent is their knowledge of what local buyers want and don’t want. They understand local pricing better since they have sold many homes in your community.
Local agents are more likely to have insider marketing knowledge.
An agent from another area will probably have to guess at many crucial marketing techniques for your area.
Local agents have more in-area contacts than outsiders do.
A local agent will have more opportunities to market your property in casual settings and through other local agents.

The inventory of Solera homes is still fairly high, except for Princesses. When I wrote this article there was only one Princess for sale. If you own a Princess and have been thinking about a move, it’s a really good time to sell!
Average Prices of Recent Sales in Solera:
- Princesses: $183,600
- Trillons: $234,583
- Emeralds: $279,625

There are three floor plans offered at Solera Oak Valley Greens. Home choices vary from the 1,392 sq-ft Solera Princess plan, to the 1,687 sq-ft Solera Trillion plan, or the 2,137 sq-ft Solera Emerald plan. All of Solera's homes feature two bedrooms, to baths, a den, a nicely sized great room and a covered patio.
