Wow. 8%. Hi Alice. That is a very high commission payout. Do you find it more effecitve than lowering the price.

A quick search of the MLS shows no such commissions being offered! I don't know where you get that information since you are NOT a member of GAVAR and neither is "Happy Realty!"
