Encinitas Taste of Main Street Food Festival Will be on August 19, 2014

Taste of Main Street Food Festival in Encinitas CA on August 19, 2014The 25th annual Encinitas Taste of Main Street Food Festival will be held in downtown Encinitas on Tuesday August 19th.

 

Downtown Encinitas is known for the diversity of restaurants, and multiple popular area eateries, more than 30, will take part in the Taste of Main Street Food Festival, on the Coast Road in downtown Encinitas from 5:30 until 8:30 pm.

 

You’ll be able to sample food from your favorite restaurants plus try some new ones, all for the price of $35 for advance tickets (tickets “at the door” will be $45).

 

There are also 17 “sip” stops at local retailers and salons, offering tastings of beer from local breweries and wine from Temecula’s popular wine country.

 

Foodies can also enjoy music from 5 different bands, including instrumental jazz by The Red Fox Tails, while tasting sample size offerings.

 

Don’t miss the Taste of Main Street food festival in the heart of the Encinitas dining and shopping area along the Coast Road, one of the most popular events of its kind in the San Diego area.

 

Get your tickets on-line at the Encinitas Taste of Main Street Food Festival website. You can also buy tickets in person at the DEMA (Downtown Encinitas Main Street Association) office at 818 S. South Coast Highway 101.

Hi Jeff,  There's nothing like a Main Street Food Festival.  You get the best of the community. We used to live in Mission Viejo and Irvine, so since it has been since 1981, I would have to hit In-N-Out on my way to and from the food festival.

Barbara Todaro Sorry to disappoint but no Boston accent here. As far as I know. Didn't grow up there so while there may be a word here and there I don't hear myself with an accent. I may be wrong. LOVE the North End - have many fond memories, mostly food related
