Burnett's Creek Elementary School, West Lafayette IN begins new school year on Wednesday, August 13, 2014.

The new school year begins for students residing in Tippecanoe School Corporations on Wednesday, August 13, 2014.  For students in Burnett's Creek the regular school day begins at 8:55 AM and school is dismissed at 3:30 PM.

Mr. Mark Pearl is the principal, who was voted the most outstanding elementary principal in the state of Indiana last year, and Michael Gabauer is the Assistant Principal.

Burnett's Creek Elementary is located across the road from Harrison High School and is located at 5700 North 50 West, West Lafayette, IN 47906.  The school phone is 765-463-2237.

Kathleen,

Burnett's Creek is a wonderful school and the principal, Mark Pearl, is just fantastic!!!!  He was a very deserving recipient of the Elementary Principal of the Year award in the State of Indiana a year ago!

Yes, school does start so early and it is even tougher on the kids in fall sports.  They start full practices right at the beginning of August in the heat and humidity of our Indiana summers!

Kristin, I do hope your HTH has some relaxation time and enjoys his last couple of weeks before resuming school.

When are you going to start selling 50 million a year so he can retire early????  ^_~
