Avalon is currently experiencing a normal or steady market. It's difficult to write a commentary on the sales in Avalon because of the diversity in housing within the different sections of this neighborhood. There is everything from townhomes to large million dollar estates on acreage. One of the homes that closed was in the Meade of Avalon. That particular home sold quickly for 102% of list price but the other two homes were in The Hamlet section of Avalon; one closed at 91.6% of list and the other 93.8% of list. These homes were clearly overpriced.
