Today I'm searching the internet to locate new opportunities for my clients. This is such a vast terrain of places to visit it's almost too much to do on one day a week. I'll be blogging only once a week so I can keep you posted as to what the market is doing in the Tucson/Oro Valley area.
The real estate market in Tucson doesn't seem to be as bad as it looks in some other areas around the country. If the property is priced correctly (within market value - not at 2005-2006 prices) it will sell quickly and possibly with a multiple offer senario.
The other thing that's important is that you locate an agent who will "pro-actively" market your home. I call other agents in the area and out-side of the area every day marketing the homes I list to locate a buyer for the home. This is vital to getting the home sold quickly and for the most money. When a property is "on" the market instead of "in" the market it takes quite a while and the amount of money the client receives will be less than expected.
Thanks for listening - see you next week! MAC
