The initial phase of the highly anticipated Wade Park project is expected to open in spring 2016. The Wade Park project in Frisco is a 175-acre mixed use development that will be anchored by a 45,000 square foot Whole Foods Market, located off the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road in Frisco and only 20 minutes from downtown Dallas.
In the coming weeks, the developer said they plan to announce entertainment venue tenants, such as bowling alleys and movie theaters, as well as a hotel.
Also in the first phase, the developer is planning more than 2 million square feet of Class A office space throughout the development. They also plan to develop 1,300 apartments, 50 condominiums and 127 single-family homes with luxury amenities and concierge services.
Currently Frisco doesn't have a live-work-play center like this one in the city, and Wade Park will help launch the next phase of Frisco, said Tony Felker, the president and CEO of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce.
