If you are wanting to sell your home in the Maple Run neighborhood you are also at an advantage because the values are strong in this neighborhood. Why I would buy in this neighborhood? This neighborhood is extremely close to Mopac or Loop 1 so you can get on Mopac and head North and get to where you want to go in just minutes. You are also very close to HEB Grocery Stores and Randalls. There is tons of restaurants, shopping and fitness centers. Whatever price range you buy in it is a great neighborhood and completely convenient for anyone!
