I think that was the point. Those are stereo types of leads. I don't think Erin was saying that this is the reality of online leads.

The way I read it was that might be what some people think of online leads, but in actuality, those leads can be really great and people should think about them in a different light.

Today's customers are 'savvy' - they know a lot more about what they are looking forward to. However, when it comes to considering them as a lead, they may be 'fickle' and they need guidance from an expert for sure.

Will read the guide and see how I can make them happy.

We make it easy. You make it home.

I am doubtful that this information will be anything 'new' but will give it a chance and download the tips. Too many online buyers are really just lookers and not buyers at all, I've discovered.

Working with On Line buyer's is a skill that has to be crafted,,,I have found that adding texting the lead is very effective as it's immediate unlike email!

I've dealt with online leads for years...and have had repeat & referral business from them. Answering a lead's inquiry as quickly as possible is key to success. Good post!

This is nothing but a commercial for you to sign up for something else ...... we get enough of this 'garbage' from emails, etc on a daily basis.

Hi,

Great post, I really love how technology brings me the lead and then my quick, timely response with up to date information and great customer service locks in that connection.

I will take a look at your free guide.  My experience with paying for online leads has been negative.  The quality of the lead is directly related to the quality and accuracy of the information that causes them to register or otherwise become a lead.

I keep saying--there's no such thing as a bad internet lead; only leads that aren't ready to transact. Because you can't always tell upfront which leads may be ready you need to initially treat all of them as if they are, then over time start weeding.
