The Meeting House Players Holding Auditions For Becky's New Car on September 9th & 11th at 7:00 p.m. each evening, at the Meeting House in Chester, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring actors and actoress to be part of an excellent performing group and perform in a very funny comedy by Steven Dietz's. Becky's New Car is a comedy that is bound to have the audiance laughing out loud the entire performance.
The Meeting House Players are composed of local actors and actrees who perform a few selected plays through out the year, and are directed by Debbie Allderdge a local Connecticut Realtor with Century 21 Heritage in Chester, CT.
Becky's New Car can best be summed up by one of Becky Foster's friends.
- Becky Foster: a car dealership title clerk & office manager, mid to late 40’s.
- Joe Foster: Becky’s husband, a roofer, mid 40’s to early 50’s.
- Chris Foster: their son, a psychology student still living at home, mid 20’s.
- Walter Flood: a very wealthy businessman, widowed, 60’s.
- Kensington (Kenni) Flood: Walter’s daughter, early to mid 20’s.
- Steve: Becky’s co-worker, late 40’s to early 50’s.
- Ginger: Walter’s neighbor, late 40’s to early 50’s.
