Sunrise in the Sunflower Fields
So many of my photographer friends are scrambling to get to the sunflower firelds east of Denver while the blooms are at their peak. The flowers face east so the rising sun casts a beautiful glow on the hundreds of blooms and if there are clouds in the west , you get dramatic skies. Of course, it means you have to get up around 4:30 am in order to get to the fields in time.
Shooting into the sun is difficult but provides some dramatic color:
