I just stumbled on this article about getting buyer and seller leads through Facebook.
My team and I have made Facebook ads a key part of our clients' success. They're a great way to laser-focus on a particular target, and do so in a dirt-cheap way. Monday, I spent 5 bucks in 3 hours on one listing to get over a thousand impressions. Wouldn't you do that deal all day?
About a quarter of the people who saw that post clicked on it in some way, which is a phenomenal amount, if I do say so myself.
Here's the thing: the message, visuals and targeting have to be strategic and flawlessly executed. I wrestled with the perfect target for that post we promoted, above, and settled on Women 25+ within 25 miles of the property with a college degree and an inc
ome of at least $75K ... who were likely to be moving soon. It was not a huge target, but it was an effective one.
If you think doing ads in this manner would help you, and you'd like a few quick tips to make it work for you, hit me up and I'll share some info with you. Gratis.
Also, in the future, I'll have a blog post that deals more with how to do good social media advertising. I'm adding a new social media tip first thing every Monday morning. If there's something else you'd like me to address, leave me a comment!
