In today's fast paced society we have a tendency to go with the flow... and that leads us to having an average mentality, average results, an average life style and with all the negativity now-a-days to have a negative outlook at our jobs, dealing with the public, friends, and life in general. Or are you pushing yourself past being average and running a lifestyle at your own pace with a desire/goal in focus? Every night when I go to bed I focus on what I did today to get closer to my goals ( I'm 42 and my goal is to retire at 50) and what I can do tomorrow to coincide with what I did today to be closer to my goal. Having a positive attitude is a major step to pushing yourself past the lifestyle of average. When people ask me how am I doing I tell them that I woke up with a heart beat and my day is going great. Being positive and having goals are what push's people past being average.
