Craig, I am very careful to correct errors. I feel the spell checker on AR changes words without notification.  I proof read and it looks good. Then I spell check and words change. That requires I spend time proof reading a second time.  I digress.  As always you show us how to edit with words and graphics that make it easy to follow and understand.

Kathleen Daniels  - I have never seen the AR spell check tool actually change a word without me clicking on a word with red underline. I'm experimenting with that just now and it only just underlines the words.

Hi Craig... Good reminders. I can't tell you how many times that 1 1/2 seconds happened and the mistake was staring me in the face. More often than not, it happens when I post. I check, recheck, and check again, but right after hitting publish... Dang! My iPhone on the other hand is a totally different story and the spell check has gotten me mixed up more times than I'd care to admit. It seems to correct what it thinks are mistakes just after I hit send or save or publish.

It's great that all these social media sites have incorporated edits to correct comments and spell check. Thanks for showing us how to use them.

I find reading what I write to be an excellent way to review, and then I hit the spell check.
