Wet Faces at Victoria Falls

Victoria Falls Wet Faces

Sometimes it's best to shed the raincoat and enjoy the rain or morning mist as was the case when my sister and I visited Victoria Falls earlier this year.  While some people opted to take a few photos and take a shortcut, we hiked to the end of the trail sans the complimentary raincoat.  Did we get wet?  You bet. Will we ever forget the experience of water roaring, mist falling and yes, even the rainbow?  Not a chance.

It's the experience people remember.  Going the extra mile has multiple returns whether you're a tourist (actually we prefer to call ourselves travelers) or a home buyer or seller.  Shortcuts are fine for some, but you may miss something important.

Enjoy full service and the full experience provided by Charlemagne Int'l Properties when it is time to sell or buy a home in Palos Verdes or the beach cities of Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo.

Norma, A very cool adventure!  I've been nowhere near there, but have been to Niagara Falls a few times, but only on the American side and only at the top.  Just short excursions while in Buffalo on business trips.  Amazing the power of the water going over the falls!

Norma, knowing how fleeting rainbows can be, this is truly a magical photo!!! That would make a cool profile picture.

You ought to put that one on a pillow and give it to your wonderful sister as a present! (Zazzle.com).

Hi Norma... What a cool post! As an experienced Rainer I'm glad you went for the wet! And travels are as much about the people you are with as the journey itself. I'm glad you got to do such a wonderful trip with your sister!

Good morning Norma. I wonder whether we were in the same region at the same time. I didn't make it there but have been to Iquau Falls and felt the same way.
