5 Things I Can Do For You That Don't Include Showing Homes

Silly Realtor, all you do is show homes!  Hardly!  In case you didn't know, here are just a few things I can do for you at any time.  

1)  I have great lender partners to work with!   I can connect you with a true mortgage professional that will help you plan your mortgage as an investment strategy, not just give you a loan. 

2)  I have clients moving constantly, I can help you get your moving boxes for free!  Ever check out what's left over once you've moved in to a home?  Those boxes have to go somewhere, why not to you for free!

3)  I have personal relationships with construction and remodeling professionals who will give my clients preferred pricing.  I can't stress this enough.  In today's world, it's hard to find trustworthy professionals.  Don't take a chance with your home.  Ask me to help you find trustworthy local professionals...many of them can't be found on the internet, because they work by referral only.

4)  I can update you on what the real estate market is doing in your area, in case you're just considering a move.  It's okay to be "just looking" or considering a future move.  Ask me what's going on in your neighborhood or what the market looks like for your style of home.   When you're ready, you'll have more information to make your decision.

5)  I can help you complete an entire home build, preserving your great relationship with your builder and protecting your interests.  The build process can be fun, but taxing.  Many people choose a builder because they feel a personal connection.   This is good, but it can be problematic as well.  If you feel your builder is your "friend," it may be tough for you to push to get exactly what you want.  Let me do it for you and keep that great relationship throughout the process.

Scott, great list of things you can do besides show homes.  You probably aught to also include your location in your profile so we know what area you represent. The only town I recognized was Kansas City, if there are more than one in the whole country, well, how do we know which one?
