Emigration Canyon is home to some of Salt Lake's most popular condominium communities. All of the communities are located at the mouth of the canyon - none of them are actually up in Emigration Canyon. Most of these communities offer spectacular views as well as access to some great outdoor activities.

Bench Tower Condos in Emigration Canyon

All things considered (pricing, amenities, views, floor plans, etc), Bench Tower is my personal favorite condo community in Emgration Canyon. The skyroom is one of the most spectacular amenities offered by any condo in Salt Lake City. The views from the Bench Tower are absolutely breathtaking, the condos are spacious, and the condition of the common areas is good. Bench Tower is definitely worth taking a look. 

Presidential Club Condos in Emigration Canyon

My next favorite condo community in Emigration Canyon is the Presidential Club. This community is newer, nicer, and generally more luxurious than the Bench Tower. Really the only advantage Bench Tower has over the Presidential Club are the views. Bench Tower enjoys superior views but the Presidential Club is nicer in every other way.
