Has anyone seen an increase in activity in the past several weeks.

I myself have seen a little increase in activity but I think its been very short lived. The past several weeks have returned to being slow with no phone calls or customers. I had a good run during the end of February and the beginning of March. I closed one deal and have anohter closing in mid April. I also have two short sales that Im working with. But those two I dont think Im going to be able to get them to close. The clients are getting tired of waiting for the banks and their negotiators to make a decision. I warned them about how long a short sale can take but they wanted to go throught with it. Now its just getting them frustrated with wondering and waiting if they are going to get the property.  I hear some of the other realtors saying that short sales are all they are doing. I just can.t believe that they would be only doing short sales just for the simple fact that they are a (pita) pain in the a--.
