Feb 13th an 14th on Beach Street in Daytona where it intersects International Speedway right smack in the middle of what is "The Historic District", you will find drivers and entertainment such as Eddie Money and Sammy Kershaw. Drivers scheduled to appear are Bobby LaBonte and Greg Biffle. I just heard about this today on the radio so I looked it up, and there it is Ford Rock and Race Fest. I saw Eddie Money a couple years back for Speed Week, he was still rocking, and I sure wouldn't mind meeting Bobby LaBonte, he's up there with Waltrip and Petty that's for sure. So folks after spending all that money to get here and on your 500 tickets, here is another free event for you to go to!  Also if your into the Craftsman Truck Series, some of those drivers will be at the Volusia Mall on Thurs the 15th from 2 to 3:15pm. And then there is Numbers Night on Main Street ~ Numbers night is a great opportunity to check out all the bars on Main Street and see your favorite race team. Each establishment will be featuring a different race team so come join the fun on Main Street. Remember thats TEAM, not DRIVER so there will be  more then one Driver featured at the establishment or bar. Main Street is always a good time!

Don't forget about the THE COCA COLA SPEED EXPERIENCE the 14th thru the 18th at the Daytona Flea Market. Friday we'll have John Boy and Billy from the Big Show live, Mickey Jones, Kyle Petty and the 2001 Daytona 500 Winner, Mike Waltrip (MW will be there from 12-1230) Rick Derringer will be wrapping up Friday night with a free show, come on down, we're at the Daytona Farmers and Flea Market!

Several years ago someone kept playing "I Love the Rainy Nights" by Eddie Money.  That song was driving me crazy.  Do you know how many times in the song he says: I Love the Rainy Nights?   28

After sharing that we had about 15 people counting it the next time it was played, they confirmed 28.

Randy, I believe the artist you are thinking of was Eddie Rabbit ~ Eddie Money's strongest hit was Two Tickets to Paradise, he's rock n roll from NYC now living in Palm Coast just north of me. I'll have to look Eddie Rabbit up when I get in the office to make sure :)
