Wow!
As we finished up our first year of pre-licensing classes, we are happy that our students have achieved a 93% pass rate at the state exam. The overall state average is 70%. In addition there were 4 months where all the students passed to = a 100% pass rate for those particular months. Our instructors are working hard to give the best education and prepare new agents for their future real estate career.
