We are currently experiencing a very competitive market in the Inland Empire. Inventory is low, investors are 
competing with each other for projects where they can utilize their own remodel creativities, first time buyers are requesting info on every new listings that comes onto the market, and the Eastvale Team Realty is out knocking doors meeting local neighbors who want to sell their property.
There is only 24 hours a day. No matter how many clients demand our time...we will drop everything to cater to their needs. Clients are first in our book. T-ball, city council meeting, online webinars, board meetings, teachers conference, grocery shopping for this coming week will all have to wait their turn. When a client takes the time to call us, we make sure they are treated with care and attention.
Our business grows from our referals and dedicated constant extensive marketing. We door knock , send out postcards, network with investors, attend local REI (real estate investor) meetings, keep in touch with prior clients, and most importantly we dedicate 3 hours a day for networking 
with agents, competitors, lenders, local business and contractors. You will be amazed at how many realtors are willing to help each other. Afterall, what we give will one day and most likely be reciprocated...it is a win win situation. There is the saying that we should keep our friends close and our competitors even closer.
Social media is another venue for our mass online marketing. Over 90% of buyers initiate their search online. Realtors are not even contacted until buyers search and research for the top realtors in their local market. The Eastvale Team Realty sees the benefit of social media. Online network is so essential. One can't survive without Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and most importantly ActiveRain.
When do I have time to blog???? I stole 10 minutes from my open house today. Time is precious and limited...I take and steal every possible time to blog.
