Real Estate Blues

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with United Home Sites Inc.

I have been in the industry for over 13 years and have been through the good and the bad. The worst part of the current market is the lack of consistence. I have been finding that the rules of the game change on a daily basis. Now i would agree that staying a step ahead is what sorts out the good from the bad. Fortunate enough for me i make a living mostly from investors and they keep the money flowing. Still it is hard to keep a steady flow. Well to create a more steady flow of income i started looking around for a good home based business. This is not as easy as it may seem. Through the years i have tried some MLM's and one of my first business was selling on ebay in fact i made about 10-12k a month doing so. I have built many businesses in my carrier and manged a few more so weeding out the crap is not that hard for me. If you are looking to make an executive income with about 20 hours a week and have the freedom to still work in real estate check out my link. I am not here to sell you i just thought it might help a few people make ends meet in a crazy market. it will take you all of 5 minutes to look at its very straight forward.

Have fun and live life

I believe that with this volatile market in "the States" having alternative business opportunities is SMART, because you have to go with the market flow and adjust your lifestyle for your future.  The only reason part of Canada are doing well, is because of the "Energy" movement currently going on in Alberta and New Brunswick, otherwise, we would probably be in the same boat.

Wayne, Sometimes we have to do what we have to do.  A lot of people take up the slack with Ebay.  At least you are always in the Money.
