Oceanside Marina
Having been a live aboard sailor in another life, I decided to check out the Oceanside Marina after showing several condo homes at the North Coast Village Condominium Community. The gated community has 550 condominium homes and is located along a beautiful sandy beach that has great surfing, swimming, volleyball, sand castle building, fire pits, and BBQ's. In addition, the on-site association management team assures upkeep and is directly responsible for assurance of equity stability. These homes currently range in price from the low $300's to the high $700's with only 13 homes available at this moment.
The Oceanside Marina offers a well-managed marina environment for live-aboard boaters and also is home to several pleasant restaurants and taverns along the pier surrounding the marina. Weekends will find a larger crowd as this location is very popular with not only tourists, but locals.
Here is a local sunbathing on one of the docks. Needless to say, he did not wish to be disturbed, so I kept my distance. This fellow hastily retreating didn’t know any better until he received a very loud warning bark from ‘Scruffy’.
Fishing is popular here and many folks can enjoy a fun day just taking in the sights, the sounds, and the wonderful weather here in Oceanside.
