Welcome to Willow Park, a great little subdivision in Parker, a great place to call home located just southeast of Denver. The Willow Park Neighborhood is located on the east side of town, just off of Mainstreet in Parker. It is conveniently located near the DTC area and is an easy commute to Downtown Denver.
The Parker Recreation Facility is conveniently located and is a great place. There are all sorts of fitness classes available, exercise equipment and an indoor pool. There is also an outdoor inline hockey rink and the nearby Challenger Regional Park has three lighted ball fields, a children’s playground and several multipurpose sports fields! For some fun in the sun, be sure to check out H2O'Brien Pool, a fun place to spend the day enjoying the water slides and splashing around! The Cherry Creek Trail runs north and south through Parker, along Cherry Creek--the trails are a great place to enjoy bicycling, hiking, cross country skiing and relaxing nature walks.

Parker is located within The Douglas County School District boundary lines. Douglas County is one of the highest ranked school districts in Colorado, with students performing higher than the state average. Willow Park has it's very own public elementary school, Pioneer Elementary School, and there are various highly rated middle and high schools in the area.

Most of the homes in Willow Park can be found in the low $250,000 to $350,000 range, with a variety of home plans available. Willow Park is an HOA community, however the quarterly fees are very reasonable and include trash removal and grounds maintenance.
