Rick and his team were very professional and helpful in selling my home. I had to do a short sale and they knew the ins and outs of the process. Unfortunately my sale took over one year, because of the Bank of America dragging their feet on approving my purchaser. The purchaser was a cash buyer and stuck with us for the whole year, and I am sure Rick and team helped to retain the buyer. I was in Maine when it came time to sign papers and they helped expedite the transfer of paper work from Denver to Portland, Me. and back. I would highly recommend Rick and his team for any purchase, sale, etc in the real estate business!!

The Myers Team is a perfect example of excellence in a given field of business. My wife and I purchased our first home (as a short sale none-the-less) in the winter of 2012 and they were there every step of the way. Two and a half years later when we were ready to sell the home they, again, were there to help us with every decision we made. I cannot recommend Rick and everyone at the Myers Team enough! Even through a difficult sale that involved a deadbeat lender for one buyer and a lowball appraisal for another, Rick helped me get the most for my home. Very pleased to have done business with him and absolutely would do so again.

My agent was very friendly and we worked long distance most of the time as we were buying a home in CO from Alaska. She was very prompt with properties to show and helpful with the lending organization we chose to use.

I recommend the Myers Team very highly and without any reservation.
1). Rick took the time to get to know me. He wasn't just showing houses, he understood what I was looking for and targeted the type of house and neighborhood I wanted.
2). We made multiple house hunting trips. Rick has been at this long enough to understand when a buyer's eyes are going to glaze over, and every house is going to look the same. He didn't overschedule us.
3). Rick sent me a daily e-mail of possible house candidates. He knows the market and was able to gently guide me toward what a realistic expectation was.
4). The occupants of the house I eventually bought had some wierd restrictions of when they'd show the house...Rick was able to convince them and the their realtor to let us take a look.
5). Rick walked me through the process...this was the third house I bought, but it's not something people do every day and I appreciated the help.
6). Even after the sale, Rick and his team have been GREAT for getting documents, helping me understand possible pitfalls, etc.
Buying a house can be stressful. When you hire the Myers team, you get someone who knows the market; knows sellers' mindset; gets to know you and what you're hoping to accomplish; guides you through the process; and provides service after the sale. Definitely looking Rick up again when I need another house (which hopefully will be a while...).

Rick and his team did a great job. We had some issue on the sellers side and because of his staffs knowledge he was able to help us out and we came out ahead. He personally made sure the buying process went smooth for us and was in constant contact and was available when needed. If we left a message it was normally within the hour response. I plan on using him again.

Rick is an excellent Agent. He helped me buy my first home and understood my needs. Even though my home selection was limited by my budget, he was patient and was able to find me the perfect home. Wanting to upgrade, I am now in the process of getting ready to sell that home with him. I know he will do a great job in selling this home and finding me a new home that fits my needs.
