So Where is the Market Heading?
Lately I have been of the opinion that the Bottom of the Real Estate Market is driving the Top of the Real Estate Market. That is the low end homes are being snatched up fast driving up the price of Low End Real Estate, which pushes the price of the Higher Priced Real Estate up.
Now each and every Real Estate Market is different and the National Real Estate Market does not always reflect the Local Real Estate Market. But every morning I listen to the National Real Estate Report; and Frank and Brian have a different perspective. Listen to what they have to say on the subject:
At first I thought, well this does not apply to the Brentwood Real Estate Market and the surrounding areas of Antioch, Oakley, Pittsburg and Discovery Bay. As a REALTOR I often get a gut feeling about where the Local Brentwood Ca Real Estate Market is heading before I even have statistics in hand to make a documented statement.
Some of this may be happenning in the Local Real Estate Market. The number of cash buyers has fallen off. There are more people coming into the market Shopping for High End Homes. People will pay for quality. However, the bottom of the market is still moving very fast.
