Credit tip number 8 is--To prevent fraud keep a close eye on your credit. While you're at it, check your elderly loved ones' credit scores too. Anyone can be a victim of fraud so it is important to keep an eye on your credit for anything unusual. The same thing goes for our elderly loved ones, and also making sure their credit limits aren't getting to be too high if that is a main source used to pay for everyday items.
This is a very good tip. All of us need to advise seniors to be alert for scams and to keep a close eye on their finances and their credit scores.

Whitney, such great advice! Often people have no idea that someone has messed with their credit by hacking their cards.

Roy-Thank you for your comment.
Rob-You're right, it can save us a lot of stress if we monitor our credit regularly!
Tom-It's scary how easily that can happen! Thanks for stopping by.
