Ah, the naivete of my first blog post!
I feel for the guy. So, I am reblogging this to see how many points he can lose from that.
I liked his post this morning and he lost 23 points. I don’t dare like another one….He just got to 716,000 points…..for now.
I am keeping an eye on his score now because it is fun to watch it go down and down and down.

Ah, the naivete of my first blog post!
Since this could be the last, I thought it appropriate to go back to the beginning.
"First at the suggestion of my wife, I decided to jump in. And, then, I did it wrong. And, then, we had to do it over. My patience at this is not long. So, long story short. I am finally activated, and she got the points she wanted.
Now, I will start to tell my story about why I always wanted to be on "Active Snow" as I used to call it. I would ask her how many points I had gotten. Never met with same hilarty that I thought it deserved. But, I just needed to get my business out to the local community. I have done ecologically sound trashouts and cleaning of soon-to-be or already bank-owneds. We try to recycle as much as possilbe instead of using just dumpsters and hauling it to the landfill.
So, if you have a choice, and, I know sometimes you do, because she does bank-owneds, too, let me give you an estimate. You might be surprised. And, when there is less cost to the lender/investor, they might be more lenient on your commission (I know this from experience.)
