I Read an article in the Wall Street Journal about owners who are being forced out of their homes via foreclosure. They are trashing the homes and removing anything of value such as appliances. The lenders are trying to pay the owners $1,000 or more to move out without damaging the homes. It must be extremely difficult to loose your home and it appears the owners are taking it out on the house. Since this market is so unusual, I think this is a good idea....we need to work on solving the problems so we can all go forward. Wish the media would emphasize the positive more...!!
