New Retail, Yoga, Restaurants Coming to Clarendon

New retail, yoga, restaurants coming to Clarendon. It looks like the new building at 3001 and 3003 Washington Blvd, in the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington, is finally complete and street level retail is starting to fill in.

Some of the signs for retail tenants that are up include, a sign for Down Dog Yoga on the Garfield Street side of the building. Next door to the Yoga studio is Pure Barre, which recently opened. At the corner of Washington Blvd and Highland St N is a sign for Cherry a Blow dry bar. At the corner of Garfield and 11th St N, is a new restaurant, Bowl'd. A recent ArlNow article says Bowl'd is going to be a health food restaurant that will have the food ready in five minutes. Another planned retail tenant is Citizen Burger. going in next to Cherry at the corner of Highland and 11th St N.
