The St. Michael real estate market looks like this for the month ending July 2014.
At the beginning of the month, there were 76 active listings in the MLS with a minimum list price of $139,900. The maximum list price was $1,275,00. The average list price was 304,662 with a days on market of 56.3, the median list price was 359,900 with a days on market total of 54.
By the end of the month, there were 23 homes sold in July of 2014. The lowest priced home was sold for $140,500 with three days on market. The highest listing price for a sold home was $379,900 with a days on market total of 151. The average of the sold homes came in at 374,496 with 61.4 days on market, and the median sale price of homes sold was 279,900 with 60 days on market.
Now, this might indicate a softer market for some homes in the area, but with the amenities, schools, parks and easy access to the freeway to the Twin Cities and St. Cloud, you might want to consider finding the best agent to market and sell your home in St. Michael.
