There were 4 or 5 foreclosure auctions at the Kauai County courthouse steps last Friday 8/29/14. It appeared that most of the homes went to individual buyers, but all bids are subject to court confirmation and rebidding. The only house I have in my queue upcoming is one in Hanamaulu, awaiting foreclosure deed recording, and one on Nawiliwili Road in Lihue. That property has been on the market before with another Realtor, but title problems keep it from selling. Happy Labor Day. I hope you make it to the beach. It’s a hot one on Kauai.
